I'm sure one day you'll get a decent program to make wallpapers with on your computer :) There are a large variety of programs that can be used to make decent wallpapers, and you can usually download a few good ones with the internet. There should be a trial version for Adobe Photoshop 7 or up so you can always check that out. :)
